Privacy Policy

Arcline Systems, Inc.
Effective date: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Arcline Systems, Inc. ("Arcline," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit arclinesystems.ai and its subpages (the "Site"), request early access, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.

This policy covers the Site only. The Arcline platform — the software product available to authorized users at app.arclinesystems.ai — is governed by separate agreements and, where applicable, a separate privacy notice provided to platform customers.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a request for early access or contact us, we collect the information you enter: typically your name, email address, organization, and role, along with anything you include in a message. If you correspond with us by email, we retain that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs technical information about visits: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics to understand Site traffic; our analytics does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

Cookies. The Site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to function (for example, remembering your cookie preferences). If we later use optional cookies — such as marketing or analytics cookies set by our customer relationship management provider — they will load only after you consent through the cookie preferences banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the Site footer. See "Cookies" below for detail.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries and early-access requests; to evaluate and administer early-access participation; to communicate with you about Arcline, including product updates you have requested or that we reasonably believe are of interest based on your inquiry; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes. The Site does not display third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations: website hosting and content delivery (Vercel), customer relationship management for inquiries and early-access requests (HubSpot), content management infrastructure, and business email and productivity services (Google Workspace). We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process; to protect the rights, safety, or property of Arcline, our users, or others; or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected information until amended.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. The Site classifies cookies as follows:

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function, including a single first-party cookie recording your cookie preferences. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled.

Analytics. Our current Site analytics is cookieless and aggregate. If we adopt cookie-based analytics in the future, those cookies will be gated behind consent.

Marketing. If enabled, our CRM provider (HubSpot) may set cookies that help us recognize returning visitors and associate Site visits with inquiries you have submitted. These load only with your consent.

You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the Site footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of non-essential cookies without requiring further action from you.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and early-access information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and administer early access and to maintain a record of our business communications, and afterward as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard rotation. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws — including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have specific statutory rights, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: we process personal data on the legal bases of legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, responding to inquiries you initiate) and consent (optional cookies and marketing communications), and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@arclinesystems.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International visitors

Arcline is a U.S. company and the Site is operated from the United States. Information collected through the Site is processed and stored in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business site not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
